The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Deliver world class service for every client, every time. Promoting a sense of belonging amongst our clients and creating a family culture that exceeds expectations and ensures a memorable experience for every client.
Handling all client and prospect enquiries via the telephone, email and face to face; including tours, trial conversions, consultations and upsales of service.
Proactively pursue and develop a strong pipeline of new business and lead generation opportunities.
Management of the full sales process to include lead generation, recognising clients needs and requirements, presenting our services and closing sales.
Ensuring that pipeline, lead, loss and acquisition data is recorded in the company CRM system.
Developing genuine and strong working relationships with new and existing customers. Exceeding expectations and experience to extend revenue pipelines and ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a related field
Excellent telephone manner
Absolute fluency in written and spoken English
Target driven with a competitive nature
Be someone who pays attention to detail and is well organised.
Confident in making outbound calls, engaging prospective families, and generating enthusiasm for our services.
Experience in sales and customer service and understand the true meaning of a '5 star service'.
Remuneration
Salary: 28,000 FTE plus commission. OTE 39k
Hours of work: 40 hours per week. Primarily Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
28 days' holiday year pro rata inclusive of bank holidays
