We're looking for an experienced and strategic Tax Reporting Director to lead and take ownership of our interim and year-end tax reporting, ESG tax disclosures, Pillar 2 compliance, and public Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). You'll play a vital role in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with evolving global tax standards. If you're a confident leader with deep technical expertise and a forward-thinking approach to tax reporting, we want to hear from you.

This role is based out of our London office, 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

We're seeking a highly skilled Tax Reporting Director to lead key aspects of our Group's external tax reporting and risk management. You'll oversee interim and year-end tax reporting for audits, working closely with external auditors to ensure timely, accurate, and issue-free reviews. In this role, you'll manage and deliver a broad range of external tax reporting obligations, including forecasting, country financial disclosures, ESG reporting, Pillar 2, and other emerging requirements--ensuring full compliance in a constantly evolving regulatory environment. You'll collaborate across the wider tax function to enhance reporting processes, maintain a strong tax risk and controls framework, and monitor regulatory changes to support smooth implementation of new requirements. Building trusted relationships with global stakeholders will be key, as will educating them on tax matters and aligning activities with our Group Tax Policies and Tax Management Framework. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a qualified tax professional with significant corporate tax experience, and strong expertise in tax reporting--ideally with some background in consulting. You'll bring an international mindset and thrive in working with diverse, multicultural teams across functions and geographies. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrix organisation. You should be results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to change. Experience in global organisations is a plus. A recognised accountancy and/or tax qualification, along with a bachelor's or master's degree, is required.

- Work away scheme for up to 10 weeks a year

- On-going training and professional development

- Paid 5 days yearly to volunteer through our Sage Foundation

- Flexible work patterns and hybrid working
