Group Treasury Manager, Projects

The responsibility of this role is to establish, develop, and lead on the key projects within a centralised Group Treasury function that supports the organisation's rapid growth. The projects will involve improving cash flow and liquidity through forecasting and cash pooling along with the management of RFPs for improved and consolidated banking services.
The role will also lead the development of a robust control environment across banking and cash management systems, including improvements in the treasury management systems (TMS) for automation and efficiency, whileefficiency, while providing guidance and support to in-country teams on their treasury and cash management needs.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:The Group Treasury Projects Manager is responsible for scoping and delivering IVC Evidensia Group Treasury projects
Work collaboratively with the Group's several banking relationships, non-Treasury internal stakeholders (such as M&A, CoSec and Shared Services) and other Treasury team members to ensure that Treasury projects are implemented and ensure they integrate effectively with existing processes
Support banking requirements related to new acquisitions
Critical appraisal and review of targeted existing Treasury processes
Manage and develop the related change management and communication plans
Ensure requirements and drivers remain in focus
Reporting: Prepare reports on treasury project activities for management and other stakeholders.
Provide training to other Treasury and non-Treasury staff on the delivery of implemented treasury projects effectively.
Ensure that the resulting treasury systems and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop and document procedures to support Treasury projects to ensure that treasury operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. This may involve developing user manuals and creating training materials.
Any other project delivery related tasks or objectives as required.
Experience/Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years treasury/cash management experience.
Recognised treasury qualification (AMCT) or extensive related treasury project delivery experience
Strong communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills
Ability to develop and execute a project plan as well as manage associated risks, issues and decisions impacting the project required
Focused on delivery and able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge and experience of treasury/cash management processes, including cash flow forecasting
Analytical mindset and confidence to challenge senior colleagues
Understanding of treasury markets & products - including transactional banking, cash and liquidity management and risk management.
Good level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience of working within an international organisation.
Prior knowledge and experience of working with a TMS (Kyriba) and ERP systems (Oracle) is desirable
