Groups and Events Sales Executive



Duties and responsibilities related to the Groups and Events Sales Executive role



Ensuring all customers are responded to quickly and efficiently and within the agreed response times as per agreed guidelines and to fully qualify leads in the event of creating proposals. Handle the planning of event enquiries, (including corporate, group and social bookings), quoting hotel rate information, planning of all details in conjunction with the event and liaising with 3rd party suppliers where required. Strategically look at potential business opportunities and proactively engage in securing new business To send contracts to the client on receiving confirmation of a booking, along with the company terms & conditions To ensure that all details of a booking are accurately logged in Envision at all times and events are detailed to a high degree of accuracy Effectively manage the rooms & events diaries to maximise revenues

About You




You have previous experience in hotel events sales, ideally within a premium hospitality environment. With excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Professional and client-focused, you are committed to delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring the success of every event.
