Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Groups & Events Sales Executive to drive group and event sales in our properties across London. This role is pivotal to our success as we continue to expand and enhance our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract group bookings and events
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications
Proven experience in group and event sales within the catering & hospitality industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong network of contacts in the events industry
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
