AC Group / Groups Sales & Operations Executive / Hybrid - SE1 1YW

The AC Group:

Established in 1999, is renowned for delivering first-class service in both its group and FIT divisions. Operating under three distinct brands, AC Group offers specialized leisure group tours under AC Tours, bespoke luxury services under AC Luxe, and tailor-made tours through its FTP brand, one of France's premier tour operators. Each brand contributes to the overall business while maintaining its unique identity.

Responsibilities:

- Looking after all aspect of group from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.

- Design bespoke travel itineraries that include accommodation, activities, dining, and transportation.

- Be the main point of contact for new and existing clients; provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

- Ensure all offers are sent out in the company's standard format and entered correctly into the operational system.

- Prepare and submit relevant documents to both clients and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner; ensuring attention to details.

- Book & negotiate services in accordance with the itineraries with best rate and conditions (e.g. hotels, coaches, guides, restaurants, entrances etc.)

- Manage and organise the day to day to ensure that you always meet your project deadlines;

- Issuing client invoices and cross-checked supplier invoices

- Emergency mobile cover on a rota basis;

Skills & Experience:

- Highly organised and self-motivated.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.

- Ability to work accurately under pressure.

- High standard of written and verbal English.

- Numerate with good attention to detail.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Tour Plan an advantage but is not essential.

- Previous experience within the travel industry with working knowledge of UK and Ireland is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
