The role
We're hiring an analytical Growth hacker to help more people start flourishing childminding businesses with tiney. You'll work directly with the COO on growth initiatives across the funnel from user acquisition to GMV expansion.
This is a self-starter, hands-on role, ideal for someone who is equally comfortable diving into data, creating marketing materials and speaking to customers to uncover user insights.

What you'll do
Test new customer acquisition channels
Size the opportunity vs. cost, figure out launch logistics, execute (in partnership with Design, Sales and Product as needed), analyse success metrics and make recommendations for scaling / iterating / moving on.
Work with our Performance Marketing partner to scale the impact of Paid Search through optimising create, bidding and account structure.
Drive conversion and GMV funnel experimentation
Analyse friction points, dig into insights and behaviour - working in partnership with all relevant teams from Product to Education, from Sales to Customer Success.
Ideate improvements, set success metrics, execute (with Product and Sales as needed), analyse impact and optimise based on learnings.
Explore new technologies, including AI/LLMs
Help us prototype and evaluate emerging tools, including LLM-powered content creation tools, to improve our speed to learning
About you
2-5 years experience in a commercial, data driven role - e.g. strategy consulting, marketing, growth, product. Early stage startup experience a big plus.
Comfortable with data analysis (including in SQL, whether you or LLMs write the code), experiment design, CAC/LTV maths, A/B testing, cohorts, funnels, etc.
Customer centric and curious, you'll dive into customer's journey to understand how to influence it.
Eye for messaging and creative. You're able to produce (in partnership with Design and Education) compelling marketing materials, grounded in customer insight and driving action towards our business objectives.
Self starter, you thrive when given autonomy coupled with clear business objectives. You embrace change and love challenging the status quo.
Strong communication and project management skills to work cross functionally and with external partners to execute tests at pace.
Based in the UK and happy to travel to London around once a month
