Our company runs multiple ventures -- a gym brand, premium services, an AI recruitment platform, overseas operations, and new products in development. We're looking for a highly driven Growth & Business Development Lead who can take any product, understand it deeply, and grow it commercially.
Your mission is simple:
Whatever product or service we create, you scale it.
That includes launching new ideas, expanding existing products, and building relationships that drive revenue across all brands.
This is not a narrow role. You'll be selling, strategising, testing growth channels, building partnerships and shaping offers. If you enjoy variety and you're energised by creating momentum, this role will feel like your playground.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify growth opportunities for each product and turn them into action plans.
Generate leads and build pipelines for new and existing products.
Pitch and close deals across multiple industries.
Test new angles, messages and channels to find what scales.
Build scripts, presentations, sales processes and basic marketing funnels.
Help launch new products quickly and validate them in the market.
Work with overseas teams to deliver training and objection handling when needed.
Track performance and report growth progress directly to leadership.
