Job Description

We're creating a new position for a Growth & Commercial Manager -- an exciting hybrid role combining business development, commercial management, and marketing.

You'll work directly with the Managing Director to build a new Commercial and Business Development department within Mansys.
This is a key leadership opportunity: you'll lay the foundations, establish systems and strategies, and in time grow a team around you to provide national coverage, with full internal investment and support from the business.

You'll lead bids and proposals, develop new client relationships, and raise Mansys' profile across the UK using all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities



Lead business development across target sectors. Manage the tender and proposal process from enquiry through to submission. Develop pricing strategies and commercial models with the Project Managers and Technical Team. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships. Plan and deliver Mansys' marketing activity across digital platforms. Assist to establish systems and processes to support a growing national business development function. Track leads, pipeline, and social media performance using CRM tools. Report weekly to the Managing Director on growth, pipeline, and content performance.
We're looking for someone confident, commercially sharp, and ready to build something from the ground up.

You'll be equally comfortable developing high-value bids, managing client relationships, and driving our brand online.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy and long-term progression.

Essential Skills & Experience



Experience in Business Development, Commercial Management, or Marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience preparing quotes, proposals, and tender submissions. Familiar with CRM systems. Confident using LinkedIn and coordinating content. Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.

Desirable



Experience producing or coordinating digital content. Understanding of Fire & Security systems or technical project delivery.
