About Eigent AI:

Eigent AI is a research-driven startup dedicated to building the foundational infrastructure for a scalable multi-agent ecosystem. Our flagship open-source framework, CAMEL-AI, is one of the earliest large language model-based multi-agent systems designed for real-world task solving. In addition, our product, Eigent, is an open-source desktop general agent that brings multi-agent collaboration to solve complex tasks then boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and executing growth experiments and marketing campaigns to attract users and boost community engagement. Support the creation and editing of demos, prototypes, and use case videos with the product/engineering team. Help prepare and promote Eigent AI's participation in events, workshops, and online community activities. Contribute to content creation, including SEO-friendly blogs, technical articles, and social media posts. Research and engage with Reddit, Hacker News, and other niche tech communities to identify growth opportunities. Collect and analyze basic growth metrics to support decision-making and optimization.

Requirements

Interest in AI, technology, and startup growth. Basic technical understanding (e.g., familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or coding) and a creative approach to problem-solving. Ability to edit and produce short demo or use case videos to showcase Eigent's products. Strong communication and writing skills, with an ability to simplify technical topics. Familiar with the basics of distribution strategy, community building, and SEO. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Haves

Prior experience or coursework related to AI/ML, SaaS, or developer tools. Familiarity with the operation and growth tactics of platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Discord. A good level of experience in content creation, community management, or event organization.

Pay: 12.21-13.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
