We're looking for a

Growth Manager

who lives and breathes

engagement

, retention, and CRM -- the kind of person who can turn a new sign-up into a lifelong, responsible pet owner.


This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of minimum two days per week in our

London Paddington

office.


You'll be the voice that keeps our community active, informed, and coming back -- whether that's through smart lifecycle journeys, personalised content, or the occasional nudge that says, "Hey, time to update those chip details."


You'll blend data, empathy, and creative flair to make every touchpoint count -- because growth doesn't stop at acquisition.

What you'll get up to as our Growth Manager, Engagement



Own the engagement and retention strategy across all services and brands -- email, push, in-app (and future channels, too). Build out CRM programmes that actually work*: onboarding, reactivation, win-back, loyalty, and everything in between.
Develop lifecycle journeys that educate, delight, and retain pet owners across our ecosystem. Partner with Product and Data to define customer segments and deliver meaningful personalisation (not just "Hi [FIRSTNAME]"). Run experiments across messaging, content, and timing to boost conversion, retention, and LTV. Analyse performance, translate insights into action, and keep optimising. Work hand-in-hand with Creative to keep our comms fresh, on-brand, and genuinely useful. Collaborate with wider Growth and Brand teams to make our marketing feel seamless across every channel.

What we're looking for in our Growth Manager, Engagement



Strong hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth/retention -- ideally within consumer tech, digital, or customer-focused brands. Proven experience managing email, push, and in-app engagement campaigns. Strong grasp of segmentation, automation, and experimentation. Comfortable using CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, MoEngage, etc.) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Holistics, etc.). A curious, data-driven mindset -- you test, learn, and adapt quickly.
