Join a rapidly expanding UK-based SaaS company as a Growth Marketer. My client seeks a commercially focused individual to create and optimise high-performing demand generation campaigns across the entire funnel. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design to turn insights into action, test and refine campaigns, and achieve measurable pipeline growth.
What needs to be done:
Launch and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns to generate qualified demos.
Improve cost per acquisition (CPA), demo-to-opportunity rates, and ROI.
Establish a high-performing growth engine across paid channels, remarketing, and landing page optimization.
Build dashboards and reports to inform decisions across Marketing and Sales.
Become a trusted partner to Sales and Product in delivering market-ready campaigns.
Develop and execute data-driven, full-funnel demand generation strategies.
Manage and optimize paid media channels including Google, Bing, and LinkedIn Ads.
Plan, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across ads and landing pages.
Create and oversee remarketing campaigns to boost conversion rates and brand visibility.
Monitor lead quality and coordinate with Sales to ensure marketing-sourced leads generate revenue.
Report on key metrics using Google Analytics and dashboards.
Maintain and enhance campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution through Google Tag Manager and HubSpot.
Brief and review creative assets collaboratively with Product and Design.
About you:
Proven experience managing ROI-positive paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing.
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion rate optimization.
Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign tracking and automation.
Experience in A/B and multivariate testing.
Analytical mindset and ability to draw insights from data.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and briefing creative teams.
Experienced in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience in marketing attribution and understanding of CAC and lead quality metrics.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar.
