What You Would Be Responsible For
This is a
lead generation role
, not a brand support role.
You'd be responsible for:
Building and optimising an inbound lead engine across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and content
Refining and optimising PPC campaigns with clear commercial intent
Developing paid social ads that convert, not just look good
Writing blog content with a strong SEO and conversion lens
Running email campaigns that nurture and move leads forward
Tracking performance across the full funnel and improving it month by month
Defining what a
qualified lead
looks like in partnership with sales
Reporting clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what we should do next
No vanity metrics.
No busywork.
Just growth.

Who This Role Is For
This role makes sense if you:
Have
3-5 years' experience
in a growth, performance, or demand gen role
Have genuinely generated inbound leads before
Understand how SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and content work together
Are comfortable owning performance and improving it over time
Think commercially, not just creatively
Like being trusted to figure things out without micromanagement
Titles matter less than proof. If you can show what you've grown, that's what matters.

Base salary from 32,000+
(depending on experience)
Lead-based indicative commission 5-10K+ per year
