Our current key client is a fast-growing

CFD trading platform

, and we're seeking a

Growth Marketing Manager

to join our in-house team and

lead marketing initiatives on their behalf

-- from strategy to execution.

This is a rare opportunity to work across both agency and in-house thinking: you'll get ownership, creativity, and impact.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire, convert, and retain users Work closely with the client's product, design, and executive teams to align marketing with business goals Manage paid media (Google, Meta), affiliate programs, CRM/email, referral systems Initiate strategic partnerships and outreach to potential lead sources (KOLs, communities, B2B2C) Build clear funnels and optimize key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate Own reporting and insights: help guide decision-making with data
You're a Great Fit If You

Have 3+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or marketing with sales impact Understand how user acquisition and monetization work across B2C funnel stages Are comfortable handling both strategic thinking and hands-on execution Have excellent cross-functional communication skills Are fluent in Mandarin & English Bonus: Experience in CFD, forex, crypto, or fintech industry
