Role: Growth Marketing Manager (Referral Programme)
Location: Shepherd's Bush, London. We offer a mixture of hybrid and office-based working

Here at Gousto, we have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our Refer-a-Friend (RAF) programme, our largest acquisition channel. This is a high-impact role, reporting into the Senior Growth Manager and sitting within the Retention team, where your mission will be to grow our customer base by empowering our existing customers to refer their friends.
You'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across acquisition, digital product, creative, analytics, brand, and finance to optimise the referral experience, drive channel performance, and maximise long-term customer value.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the strategic direction of our referral programme, owning the roadmap, offers, testing, and performance, and play a critical role in helping more households enjoy the magic of Gousto.
