The Role
We're hiring someone full-time, on-site, to work across creators, live streaming, TikTok Shop, content, and operations.
This isn't a narrow role and it's not a traditional marketing job. You'll be involved in different parts of the business and expected to learn quickly, take ownership, and help push things forward.
If you want structure handed to you, this won't be a fit.
If you like building, learning fast, and being close to how things actually work, it probably will.
What You'll Be Doing
Creators & campaigns
Helping source, onboard, and support creators and affiliates
Supporting campaigns, follow-ups, and delivery
Keeping things organised and moving
Live shopping
Helping prepare and run TikTok live sessions
Supporting product setup, offers, and flow during lives
Helping review and improve performance after lives
TikTok Shop
Supporting day-to-day shop management
Helping with products, offers, and basic performance tracking
Assisting with launches and changes
Content
Helping plan and organise content
Supporting filming and basic editing
Managing creator content and assets
General growth & ops
Keeping projects on track
Helping improve systems as we go
Jumping in where needed across clients and internal work
This role will evolve as the business grows. That's part of it.
Who This Is For

You're comfortable working on-site as part of a small team
You don't need loads of experience. You do need drive, curiosity, and a willingness to figure things out.
