We are seeking skilled and dedicated GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) Laminators and Finishers to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
Prepare molds and surfaces for lamination by cleaning, sanding, and applying release agents to ensure optimal adhesion. Cut, measure, and assemble fiberglass sheets and resins according to schematics and blueprints. Mix and apply resin, gel coat, and other materials accurately to achieve desired finishes. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to shape, trim, and finish GRP components. Perform quality inspections throughout the lamination process to detect defects or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols.
