Now, we're looking for our first new business,
Sales Solutions Consultant with real hunger,
someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, spots opportunity early and takes full ownership of building pipeline and closing meaningful deals.
The Role
Let's be clear: We're looking for a real go getter.
You'll own the journey from
first outbound touch to closed-won
, engaging senior stakeholders, shaping deals and clearly articulating the value of a White Turtle partnership.
This role is for someone who:

What You'll Do
Create Opportunity, Relentlessly.
Proactively identify, research and pursue high-fit target accounts
Run
smart, personalised, account-based outreach
across LinkedIn, email, events, calls, direct mail.
Use HubSpot, intent signals and AI tech to increase your edge.
Constantly test, refine and sharpen messaging based on what actually converts

Run Sharp, Commercial Discovery
Lead confident, high-impact discovery conversations with founders and revenue leaders
Uncover real commercial pain across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and data
Diagnose revenue leakage, broken processes, and scaling blockers
Translate messy problems into clear, compelling RevOps opportunities
You don't pitch features.
You uncover truth.

Sell Outcomes, Not Services
Position White Turtle as a
strategic RevOps partner
, not another HubSpot agency
Craft tailored proposals that clearly articulate
Value, ROI, outcomes and execution path
Help prospects see what their revenue engine couldlook like and why doing nothing is the biggest risk
You sell belief, clarity and momentum.

Own Deals End-to-End
Take full accountability for deals from first conversation to signed agreement
Build trust quickly through credibility, insight and commercial acumen
Handle objections with confidence, negotiate with intent and close decisively
Keep deals moving, no stagnation, no excuses
You're measured by progress and outcomes, not activity.

Set Clients Up for Long-Term Success
Partner tightly with delivery and strategy teams post-close
Ensure clean, thoughtful handovers with clear goals and success criteria
Lay the foundation for expansion, long-term value and advocacy

Proven success in
consultative, value-led sales
Strong understanding of
RevOps, HubSpot, and revenue systems

Track record of progressing and closing deals in fast-moving environments
Highly organised, data-driven, and disciplined in CRM usage
Comfortable operating without rigid structure and improving it as you go
Bonus Points
HubSpot certifications
Experience in SaaS, RevOps, MSPs, consulting, or sales enablement
Exposure to AI-driven sales, automation, or buyer-intent tooling
