Contract: Day-to-day, short-term and long-term positions available

Start date: January 2026

Salary: 32,916 - 45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

About the role



Heart of Supply is welcoming exceptional Primary Supply Teachers to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme, supporting a strong and growing network of schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, from January 2026.

This role is designed for teachers who value consistency, security and quality, and who take real pride in delivering excellent classroom practice wherever they go. As a Guaranteed Pay Scheme teacher, you'll be a trusted, go-to professional for our partner schools, stepping in confidently across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to provide reliable, high-quality cover.

You'll deliver engaging lessons, follow planned schemes of work, and maintain calm learning environments in the absence of the class teacher. Your ability to build rapport quickly, manage behaviour positively, and adapt seamlessly to different school settings will ensure pupils feel settled, supported and ready to learn.

As part of the Guaranteed Pay Scheme, we're looking for teachers who are:

Confident and happy to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Reliable, organised and responsive, including availability for morning booking calls Flexible with the ability to travel Proud to represent Heart of Supply as a top-quality professional in every school they attend
This role is suited to teachers with excellent references, strong classroom presence, and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards day in, day out.

What you will need:



Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience working in a UK primary school setting Confidence and flexibility to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with the ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups A nurturing, calm and consistent teaching approach, enabling you to build rapport with pupils quickly and help them feel settled and supported Strong classroom presence with effective behaviour management, rooted in positive reinforcement and clear expectations The ability to confidently follow pre-set plans and schemes of work, while bringing your own energy, professionalism and creativity to the classroom Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK Excellent references and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards in every school you represent
