Guest Engagement Assistant
will form part of the
Central Sales & Partnership Hub Office
for Crest Hotels, encapsulating everything from enquiries to rooming lists to relationship building. A varied role with the opportunity to work across the group and be involved with all 9 hotels within Crest Hotels Group.

The role of
Guest Engagement Assistant
will report to the
Guest Engagement Specialist
and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in the leisure sales market or Hospitality, experience of working across a group and locations is desirable.
Job Overview:
The
Guest Engagement Assistant
is responsible for managing and coordinating all reservations, meetings, conferences, weddings, and events handled through the Central Sales & Partnership Hub Office across the nine hotels of the Crest Hotels Group. Reporting to the Guest Engagement Specialist, the role works closely with the Sales & Partnership Hub Manager and the Director of Central Sales & Partnership Hub.
This role involves working directly with clients to understand their requirements, providing comprehensive event planning support, and ensuring the seamless execution of all events. Key responsibilities include handling client enquiries, preparing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal hotel teams to deliver events that meet client expectations while upholding the group's service standards.
The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
The Hub is open 7 days per week Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-5.30pm
Experience & Qualifications
Strong organisational skills, strong numeric skills, and a good understanding of figures.
Self-motivated and proactive approach.
Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner.
Previous experience in a similar role or an operational Events role.
Good working knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS) such as RezControl.
