What You Will Be Doing

Provide a warm friendly welcome to all guests in a professional manner. Be fully knowledgeable with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and pass this information on to guests whenever possible to maximize hotel sales. Able to operate the hotel PMS and assist reception at peak times with check-in and check-out and other reception related task. Be a lobby host, which includes pro-actively engaging with guests, trying to anticipate their needs, breaking reception queues, and managing the flow of guests in the hotel public areas.
