What you will be doing
You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell
You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints
Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries
Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team
Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests
Planning and delivering our market leading true life events programme
Managing the accommodations social media channels and generating content to support the marketing team
Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections
Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed
Assisting with summer turnaround of the site
Using a range of systems to ensure guest satisfaction of which full training will be given

You will have previous front facing, customer service experience in a similar role
