Strand Palace are looking from a charismatic and engaging Guest Experience Manager to join the hotel restaurant team in the heart of central London

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead the Guest Experience function at the hotel to ensure that all guests experience the highest levels of service throughout their stay with us
  • Support, motivate and develop our hotel colleagues to support with continuing service excellence
  • Engage and build relationships with colleagues, regular guests, first time guests, quickly assessing guests needs and flexing style appropriately
  • To meet and welcome regular and VIP guests in accordance with Strand Palace branding and the hotel\'s guest recognition programme
  • Oversee the preparation of all VIP arrivals and coordinate with departments on ensuring a flawless execution of these arrivals
