In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with
previous and existing customers
, understanding their accommodation needs and passing information to Operations team so they can provide tailored solutions. You will also manage key client accounts, encourage guest reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator,
fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
, with experience in
sales, telemarketing, or account management
. Proficiency in
Salesforce
.
Responsibilities
Re-engage with past and existing customers
to see if they require further accommodation.
Conduct outbound calls (no cold calling)
to generate repeat business and manage larger client accounts.
Encourage and drive guest reviews
that have yet to be received.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in
Salesforce or similar CRM software
.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
Provide
exceptional customer service
throughout the sales process.
Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in
telemarketing, sales, or account management
(preferred but not essential).
Fluency in English is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to engage with customers and convey information clearly.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work
independently and as part of a team
.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexibly, with general availability
Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 4:30 PM
.
The successful candidate must be confident, articulate, and skilled at engaging with customers over the phone, with the ability to quickly gauge tone, needs, and expectations in order to positively influence the guest experience.
