We're looking for a confident and motivated Guest Experience Supervisor to join our Front Office team at Sheraton Heathrow Hotel. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, solving problems on the spot, and inspiring a team, this is your next step.


What You'll Do
As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll be the face of the hotel for our guests and a leader for the team. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handling payments, billing, and daily reporting with precision and attention to detail. Responding to guest needs and requests, and making sure they're followed through to resolution. Providing clear direction and support to the front office team during your shift. Supporting training, coaching, and team motivation to drive a positive working environment. Ensuring safety, professionalism, and adherence to brand standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing hospitality role. Prior supervisory or team leader experience is essential. Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. Comfortable using hotel systems and handling financial transactions. A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
