We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Guest Relations Coordinator to join
The Connaught Guest Relations team
at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Responsibilities:
To work under the direction of the Guest Relations Manager, Assistant Guest Relations Manager and Guest Relations Executive and hand in hand with the Front Office team to ensure highest guest recognition and satisfaction before, during and after their stay at the Connaught.
Skills and experience:
You must be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure that all requests and tasks are attended to without any delays. You will need to have excellent communication skills and has a pleasant telephone manner. You need to work well under pressure with excellent ability to coordinate efficiently with other departments and bring good administration and organisational skills.
