With 440 sophisticated guestrooms including 50 suites, plus 11 distinctive meeting spaces, the hotel offers a full range of services tailored to serve the needs of business and leisure travellers alike. Duties & Responsibilities as a Guest Relations Host/ess

Perform all tasks of a Front Office Host as needed to facilitate service Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services. Review arrival lists to welcome guests Attend to special guests and answer their enquiries Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers. Address complaints and escalate as needed. Ensure compliance with health and quality standards. Assist the Guest Relations Manager and Assistant Guest Relation Manager in all administrative tasks
