The Guest Security Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of guests within our establishment. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage security operations, implement safety protocols, and foster a secure environment for all patrons. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse situations swiftly, ensuring that any potential risks are mitigated promptly.

Duties

Oversee and coordinate all security operations to ensure guest safety. Develop and implement security policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the establishment. Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities. Lead and train security personnel, fostering a culture of vigilance and professionalism. Utilise Salesforce for tracking incidents, managing reports, and analysing data related to guest security. Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and external agencies regarding safety protocols and emergency procedures. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience while maintaining security standards. building and maintaining customer relations

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role within the security sector or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations critically and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse audiences. Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous for liaising with corporate clients. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred but not essential. A commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service while ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.
