At BNBHOST, we are dedicated to helping property owners maximise their short-term property rental opportunities via Airbnb and other leading booking sites. We take care of every detail so the property owner doesn't have. We handle the property's set-up and online profile, photography, bookings, and price optimisation to achieve maximum revenue and boost bookings.

We are looking for someone to put the customer at the heart of the service we provide. You will be directly responsible for making this happen.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Fielding booking enquiries and securing bookings.
-Resolving in-stay issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Managing your calendar and time.
-Managing cleaners and launderettes.

Additional responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

-Vetting incoming guests.
-Negotiating booking discounts and compensation.
-Liaising with external suppliers to resolve issues.

We are looking for a superstar with some (or all) of these qualities:

-Must drive and stay close to the city centre or West End.
-Loves Airbnb.
-Has an unwavering dedication to customer service.
-Motivated to grow the company.

The successful candidate will probably have:

-Experience in customer service
-Impeccable communication skills
-Hospitality experience

Our work environment includes:

A driver's license is required and you must own your own car. Milage will be covered by the company.
