We are looking for someone to put the customer at the heart of the service we provide. You will be directly responsible for making this happen.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Fielding booking enquiries and securing bookings.
-Resolving in-stay issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Managing your calendar and time.
-Managing cleaners and launderettes.
Additional responsibilities will include, amongst other things:
-Vetting incoming guests.
-Negotiating booking discounts and compensation.
-Liaising with external suppliers to resolve issues.
We are looking for a superstar with some (or all) of these qualities:
-Must drive and stay close to the city centre or West End.
-Loves Airbnb.
-Has an unwavering dedication to customer service.
-Motivated to grow the company.
The successful candidate will probably have:
-Experience in customer service
-Impeccable communication skills
-Hospitality experience
