Guest Experience Agent - Melia Kensington London



Job Mission



Become the face of Melia Kensington London and create unforgettable memories for our guests. As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll be at the very heart of our operations, delivering seamless, personalized service that ensures every guest feels truly valued -- from the very first "welcome" to their final farewell.

Your Role - What You'll Be Doing:



Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine smile. Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to personalize each stay. Take ownership of VIP arrivals, from preparation through to room escorting, guaranteeing a flawless experience. Support Reception, Porters, and other departments during busy moments to keep the guest journey smooth. Resolve guest requests or challenges quickly, confidently, and with care. Maintain composure and professionalism at all times, including in emergency situations. Collaborate closely with the Guest Experience Manager to continuously raise service standards and guest delight.

What We're Looking For:



A true team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. Fluency in English Previous customer service or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
