Night Auditor

About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and detail oriented Night Auditor to join our dedicated team at Hampton by Hilton Corby, as the Night Auditor, you will be the key point of contact overnight, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours.

This role is crucial in creating positive first impressions and maintaining the safety and security of our guests and property. In addition to reception and audit duties, you will actively support other departments, including assisting with bar service, breakfast setup, and any other operational needs to ensure seamless service throughout the hotel.

We can be flexible and happy to discuss part time or full time hours with the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional reception services, including guest check-in and check-out Complete nightly audit and reports with accuracy Conduct regular security patrols to ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests Maintain the cleanliness and security of public areas during the night Support other hotel departments by assisting with bar service, breakfast setup, and general operational tasks Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and issues Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, procedures, brand standards, and health and safety regulations Assist with administrative tasks and maintain clear communication with day staff

Requirements:

Experience in a front desk or audit role in the hospitality industry preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate audits Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently overnight with good problem-solving skills Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work Must be 21 years or older (due to nature of role and legal requirements) Due to the nature of the role, a DBS check is required to be completed
