Guest Service Manager

and help create unforgettable guest experiences from day one. We're looking for someone energetic, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality to lead our front-of-house team and bring the Moxy vibe to life.


The Role


As Guest Service Manager, you'll be the face of the hotel--leading the crew, owning the guest journey, and ensuring every interaction is fun, smooth, and on-brand. You'll create a welcoming, buzzing lobby environment and handle everything from check-in to vibe control.


Key Responsibilities


Lead and motivate the front-of-house team Deliver an exceptional guest journey from check-in to check-out Support the bar and lobby atmosphere with energy and style Handle guest feedback and day-to-day operations Ensure brand standards and service excellence at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For


Previous experience in front office or hospitality leadership Passion for people, service, and the Moxy lifestyle Strong communication and multitasking skills Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience a plus
