Job Summary


We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their stay. This role involves assisting guests with enquiries, check-in and check-out procedures, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Duties



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process efficiently. Respond promptly to guest enquiries both in person and via telephone, maintaining professional phone etiquette. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using the hotel management system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and effectively. Assist in coordinating special requests or arrangements for VIP guests or events. Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hospitality at all times.

Skills



Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse range of guests. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is advantageous; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. Ability to demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with guests' needs or concerns. Good phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required. Pay: 12.21-12.75 per hour
