Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 9 AM - 6 PM with a high degree of flexibility around the service hours)

Main responsibilities
Deliver five-star guest service with warmth, professionalism, and care
Greet, assist, and escort visitors -- always making them feel seen and valued
Keep reception and waiting areas pristine, polished and welcoming
Manage meeting room bookings and confirmations with sharp attention to detail
Support set-ups for rooms and events, including furniture moves
Carry out building and reception inspections, reporting issues as needed
Run weekly fire alarm tests and manage access cards securely
Tackle helpdesk tickets and admin tasks quickly and efficiently
