We are currently looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassador to join our team and serve as the face of the Centre, ensuring every visitor enjoys a positive and memorable experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests with inquiries and directions, resolving concerns professionally, supporting promotional events, maintaining a clean and organized guest services area, and collaborating with team members, departments, and management to deliver seamless service. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a warm and approachable demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings is essential.
