Be the smiling face that welcomes guests on arrival and bids them farewell

Deliver personalised, memorable service with every interaction, face-to-face, by phone, or email

Share your expert knowledge of The Celtic Collection to guide and delight guests

Handle guest requests and queries with professionalism and efficiency

Maintain a polished front desk and back-of-house operation with care and attention
