VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Prestigious Hotel based in South Belfast with the Recruitment of a Guest Relations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team.

Overview:
Are you passionate about creating warm welcomes and memorable stays? We're looking for a Guest Services Lead to be the friendly face of the guest journey - ensuring every visitor feels valued, supported, and delighted during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests from arrival to departure.
- Manage special requests and personalise each experience.
- Address feedback with empathy and quick solutions.
- Guide and inspire a small, close-knit guest services team.
- Work closely with housekeeping, F&B, and reservations to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to guest events and engagement initiatives.
