Join Wales' leading holiday resort as our next Guest Services Officer and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests at Bluestone. In this exciting and varied role, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice our visitors rely on- from warmly greeting them and handling activity or dining bookings, to resolving queries both in person and online. You'll need experience in customer service, confidence working with people and familiarity with Microsoft Office. This is a 15-hour weekend-based role with the potential for additional shifts.
