Main duties and responsibilities
To assure a support for front office management with a main focus on operation of reception
To assure a productive and faultless cooperation between reception and housekeeping and other relevant departments.
To assure the maximum occupancy of the hotel
To assure a immaculate appearance of reception and staff members
To assist with the handling of guest complaints
To assist with coverage of shift leader roles (in absence)
To assist with coverage of Ass Reception Manager Roles (in absence)
To assure reception staff adheres to SOP and Richey standards
To organize departmental meetings in collaboration with the Asst Reception Manager.
To monitor and update all departmental training material in collaboration with Ass Reception Manager.
