Duties

Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS). Strong knowledge of the curriculum relevant to the age group being taught. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Experience in using technology effectively in the classroom is advantageous. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.
