The Global Vice President of Sales for Product Stewardship (PS) will direct new business for sales teams towards achieving rapid growth and successful achievement of Sphera's overall goals and objectives. This position will be responsible for driving new business growth and upselling existing accounts in Product Stewardship and Life Cycle Assessment business with new and existing clients. Under your leadership, the team is responsible for collaborating with cross company presales teams to execute the full sales cycle from lead to executed.



It is recognized that as a senior sales leader you will be confident and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires drive, operational discipline, outstanding problem solving, flexibility and leadership both internally and externally in the market.

Responsibilities:



Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy and a sales plan which ensures consistent achievement of objectives over the short and long term Hiring, lead and mentor sales professionals Working closely with Marketing resources, develop and deploy best-in-class programs for reaching and penetrating target markets Driving processes, tactics and materials necessary to accelerate customer acquisition Motivating and coaching the team to reach peak performance levels Managing team and individual rep metrics and performance Reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance, including measurement of team's impact on revenue Participating in regular company and office meetings to share team/program progress, identify blockers and advance efforts

Requirements:



Five (5) plus years of sales management experience Ability to hire, manage, and coach a sales team with established metrics using sales management expertise in the software or broader technology market Managing performance of a team using incentives, technology, and data Ability to establish links between key information and people in order to identify opportunities and execute effectively Detail-orientation, operational focus with an ability to coach sustained professional improvement Strategize with sales leadership to maximize penetration of identified strategic target accounts Strong planning, writing, presentation and communication skills Proven history of fostering a "Hunter" mindset culture within the team Ability to work and collaborate effectively across local and remote teams Must maintain a current understanding of our capabilities, marketplace trends and terminology

TRAVEL: 50% of the time



Pay:




$216,000.00 - $324,000.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan
Commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
