Bydd Gwas Fferm y Warchodfa yn cefnogi Rheolwr y Warchodfa a'r Fferm wrth ofalu am y stoc o ddydd i ddydd, rheoli'r tir, gweithio peiriannau a chynnal a chadw'r ystad. Mae'r swydd hon yn sicrhau bod y fferm yn gweithio yn ol safonau uchaf a gofynion rheoleiddio lles anifeiliaid, fferm organaidd wedi'i hachredu, pori er mwyn cadwraeth, a diogelu cynefinoedd.

Mae hon yn swydd gyffrous ac amrywiol, yn berffaith i rywun sy'n teimlo'n angerddol am ffermio, cadwraeth a rheoli gwarchodfa natur.

The NNR Farm and Assistant will support the NNR and Farm Manager in the day-to-day care of livestock, land management, machinery operation, and estate maintenance. This role ensures the farm operates to the highest standards and regulatory requirements of animal welfare, an organic accredited farm, conservation grazing, and habitat protection.

This is an exciting and varied role, perfect for someone passionate about farming, conservation, and nature reserve management.
