What will you be doing?

As part of our 24-month graduate scheme, you will rotate through four placements giving you exposure to key skills including but not limited to:Operations Sales Projects and extra works Procurement QHSE Finance

You'll work on real projects, gain exposure to major clients, and develop leadership skills through structured learning modules and our Local Operating Model (LOM).

This programme is focused on developing you into a Contract Manager within one of our dynamic teams - a pivotal role across our business providing a springboard to further develop your career within CBRE GWS.

We're looking for:

Final-year students or recent graduates (within 2 years) From any degree background - especially business, management, engineering Curious, adaptable, and eager to lead Interested in how workplaces operate and how businesses deliver services
