We're looking for an energetic, motivating, and passionate
Group Fitness Instructor
to lead dynamic classes such as
HIIT, Boxing, and Circuit Training
. You'll inspire members to push their limits, achieve their fitness goals, and have fun doing it!
Classes starting from 5pm so must be available for evening classes!
This role is perfect for someone who loves movement, thrives on connecting with people, and knows how to create a high-energy, positive environment.
Responsibilities
Lead safe, effective, and engaging
HIIT, Boxing, and Circuit
classes for members of all fitness levels.
Deliver clear, motivating coaching cues and provide modifications when needed.
Prepare class plans that are varied, challenging, and aligned with gym programming standards.
Maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm throughout each session.
Ensure proper setup and safe use of equipment.
Build rapport with members to encourage attendance and retention.
Stay current with fitness trends and training techniques.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Wallington SM6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Level 2 Fitness Instructor (required)
Work Location: In person
