Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to educating others and have a solid understanding of anatomy and sports coaching. This role is pivotal in guiding students through their learning journey, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

Duties

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Educate students on relevant subjects, ensuring comprehension of key concepts and practical applications. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field to enhance instructional methods. Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and share best practices.

Skills

Strong ability to educate and inspire students in various subjects. Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, particularly as it relates to physical education or sports. Experience in sports coaching, with the ability to apply coaching techniques effectively within an educational context. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear instruction and feedback. Strong organisational skills to manage lesson plans, student records, and assessments efficiently.
