Deliver high-quality semi-private and 1:1 training sessions.

Tiered Career Path
Tier 1 - Foundation Trainer
Entry-level role, suited to newly qualified or less experienced trainers.
Focus: Coaching delivery, shadowing, learning DFT systems.
Expectations: Build rapport with clients, deliver safe and effective sessions, complete internal training.
Development: Access to mentorship, monthly workshops, and structured feedback.
Tier 2 - Development Trainer
For trainers who demonstrate strong coaching ability and client results.
Focus: Program delivery, client accountability, and contributing ideas to improve client experience.
Expectations: Consistent client results, ability to lead semi-private sessions confidently, growing client portfolio.
Rewards: Increased earning potential, more autonomy, opportunities to lead initiatives (e.g., group challenges).
Tier 3 - Senior Trainer
For trainers with proven results, leadership qualities, and strong retention rates.
Focus: Leading by example, mentoring Tier 1 trainers, shaping client programs and studio culture.
Expectations: High client retention, advanced knowledge in strength & conditioning, nutrition, and client psychology.

Tier 4 - Lead Coach / Managerial Pathway
