Location: Various Gyms across the London Borough of Redbridge.

Contract:

Part Time - 16 hours.

With fitness and health being more important than ever, we are looking for dedicated Gym Instructors to join our team and help the community get active. With no two days the same at our centre, we are looking for someone who promotes excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Gym Instructor every day bring a new challenge. From communicating with customers, undertake Inductions, Fitness Assessments and Personal Programmes through to care for and assist all fitness users especially in areas of motivation, well-being, nutrition and fitness testing. Each shift you take on will require you to ensure the health and safety of all of those who use the facilities. You will assist in keeping the gym clean and each member of the public is using the equipment in the safest way.

Your role may find you work as part of a team, or independently as the situation demands. You will help to take on all aspects of the daily operation of the fitness facilities. Working alongside the team to increase income and sales targets as well as development and implementation of the fitness suite activities programme.

Essential Requirement:

REPS Level 2 Gym Instructor or equivalent. Previous experience of working within the leisure industry is preferred. Required to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Desirable Requirement:

Valid First Aid at Work Qualification
