Gym Membership Advisor - Join Our Team

(with Personal Training Experience)

Hours:

16 per week (initially)

Salary:

12,698 per annum + monthly and annual performance-based bonuses

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable

Sales Consultant

with

Personal Trainer experience

to join our dynamic fitness team. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health and fitness, who enjoys motivating others and delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in training and wellness with strong sales and communication skills. You will play a key role in growing our member base, supporting clients on their fitness journey, and promoting a positive, energetic club environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised gym programmes and support members with their training Instruct a variety of fitness classes (full training and support provided) Maintain cleanliness and uphold club standards Drive membership sales and help achieve team targets Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a premium member experience Support day-to-day club operations, including health & safety protocols Work collaboratively with a motivated team, bringing energy and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification

(required) Proven experience in

sales

and

business development

Knowledge of

anatomy and physiology

as it relates to fitness Experience in

sports coaching

or

personal training

(preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage, retain, and motivate members Experience working in a performance-driven environment

Level 3 Fitness qualification

is preferable.
