We're looking for a friendly, motivated Gym Receptionist to help manage the day to day operations of the gym while delivering outstanding customer service. This role goes beyond front desk duties , you'll play an important part in how the gym runs and feels each day. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Community Engagement
Welcome and assist members and guests with a professional, positive attitude
Manage bookings, memberships, payments, and general enquiries (in-person, phone & email)
Build strong relationships with members and support client retention
Provide consistent, high quality customer interaction and support
Gym Operations & Administration
Oversee day to day gym floor operations and assign relevant tasks
General cleaning and maintenance duties and keeping areas tidy
Restocking gym consumables and retail products
Placing and managing supply orders
Assist with social media, events, and member communications (optional but welcomed)
Ensure the gym remains safe, clean, and welcoming at all times
Skills
Proficient in phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
Experience in administrative roles with a focus on office management.
Competent in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, iPad etc.
A proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
