The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Maintain an organised system for incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Support administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
Delivery food & beverage offerings to customers to the required standard
Requirements
Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in computerised systems, including data entry skills and familiarity
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A professional demeanour with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications is advantageous.
